The principle and application of horizontal boiling dryer

Overview:

It is composed of air filter, fluidized bed host, cyclone separator, bag filter, high-pressure centrifugal fan and operation table. Due to the different nature of the dried materials; when supporting dust removal equipment, it can be carried out as needed; cyclone separator and bag filter can be selected at the same time; one of them can also be selected. Generally speaking; materials with larger specific gravity only need to choose cyclone separator. Materials with lighter specific gravity need to be equipped with a bag filter; and a pneumatic feeding device is available for selection.

principle:

The clean hot air is distributed into the bed through the valve plate; the wet material entering from the feeder is boiled by the hot air. Because the hot air is in extensive contact with the material, the heat and mass transfer process is enhanced; therefore, it can be dried in a short time. It enters from one end of the bed, after tens of seconds to a few minutes of boiling and drying, it automatically flows out from the other end of the bed. This equipment is generally operated under negative pressure.

application:

Drying operations of medicines, chemical raw materials, food, grain processing, and feed. Such as; drying and dehumidification of raw materials, tablet granules, Chinese medicine granules, health foods, beverage granules, corn germ, feed, plastic resin, citric acid and other powder and granular materials. The particle size of the applicable material is generally 0.1~6mm, and the preferred particle size is 0.5~3mm.
