◆ This machine is composed of hopper, vibrating chamber, coupler, motor, eccentric gear, rubber parts, main shaft and bearings. The eccentric hammer can be adjusted and transmitted to the centerline of the main shaft driven by motor, which will generate centrifugal force under the unbalanced state. The materials inside the screen will form eddy along the trail. The amplitude of the hammer can be adjusted according to the properties of the material and the mesh screen.

◆ This type of machine is composed of feed inlet , screen net, screen box, vibrator, and absorber. The bottom of the machine is connected to the screen box. The upper end and the lower end of the rubber absorber are fixed. Once the machine is turned on, centrifugal force will be generated, and the amplitude is controlled by eccentric block and absorber, in which case, the machine can be adjusted for optimum performance, and the materials can be processed in the screen through throwing and loosening. Additional heating or cooling systems can be applied to the screen if necessary.
