Oil Sludge Separation Technology:
◆Through the conditioning of the sludge, the physical and chemical properties and the components of the sludge particles are changed on the surface. The colloidal structure of the sludge is destroyed, and the hydrophilic ability is reduced, so that water and oil can be removed, and the three-phase separation of oil, water and residuals can be completed.
Pyrolytic Technology of Oil Sludge:
The pyrolytic technology is a new method to treat oily sludge without discharging any hazardous wastes, which has high requirements for conditions of the reaction. It is mainly based on high temperature pyrolysis. In the first stage, the oil sludge must be dewatered as much as possible (optional waste heat drying treatment or the special dryer for oil sludge can be added). The second step is to heat the pyrolysis furnace to 400-800℃, during which nitrogen gas is blown into the system, with pyrolysis gas to complete the separation of oil and water.
Advantages of the System :
1.The equipment is simple; the operating cost is low; the energy efficiency is high. Therefore, in comparison with the incineration technology, the investment cost is somewhat lower, and the operating cost is much lower;
2.The products of pyrolysis can be recovered in the forms of the liquid oil that is easy to store, etc., and the thermal capacity of the solid residuals are also very high;
3.This treatment method is less likely to cause secondary pollution to the environment;
4.After the treatment, heavy metals in the sludge are passivated and enriched in the solid residuals. The treatment temperature is low; the output of the non-condensable gas is small; the amount of the hazardous gas produced such as NOX, SO2, and organic chloride is also small; it is easy to treat the exhaust gas.
5.The company has independently developed a variety of vertical and horizontal pyrolysis devices with low, medium, or high temperature.
