Principle：

◆ This machine uses high-speed rotation to distribute the liquid into a uniform film. It is an evaporator for evaporation or distillation under vacuum conditions. It consists of one or more jacketed heating cylinders and the film scraping device inside the cylinders with high rotation speed. The film scraping device continuously scrapes the liquid on the wall of the heating cylinder into a thick and uniform liquid film which moves downward. At the same time, the components with low boiling point rise and evaporate and it will be separated, concentrated, and then discharged from the bottom of the evaporator.

The evaporation efficiency in this case can be increased by 40-69% in comparison to a scrapping evaporator with the fixed gap.
◆It has high heat transfer coefficient, large evaporation capacity and high thermal efficiency.
◆Material heating time is short, which is between about 5 seconds and 10 seconds. This machine shows better performance when treating heat-sensitive materials.
◆Different types of scraper structures can be applied. The evaporator with horizontal scraper structure can also be combined to effectively adjust the material processing time in terms of concentration and evaporation.
