Principle：
◆This drying equipment is a new type of horizontal batch-style vacuum dryer, which has been improved according to the domestic and international technologies of paddle dryers. The moisture in the wet material is evaporated through heat conduction. A mixing device with the scrapper continuously removes the material from the hot surface. A circulating flow is formed inside the container. The water evaporated is discharged via a vacuum pump.

Features：
◆ The processing technique called “six points on one line” is applied, combined with three sets of bearing structure design to improve concentricity and adjustment for thermal expansion;
◆ The improved version of the product has shown better performance in terms of concentricity, airtightness, strength, use effect and service life;
◆ Different mixing paddle structures can be applied for different materials; the shaft can have heating or cooling inside if necessary;
◆ Our company has the ability to design and produce large vacuum paddle dryers up to 60m3 independently;
◆ Depending on the characteristics of the material, batch or continuous operation can be applied under vacuum condition;
◆ The forward and reverse operation can be applied depending on the characteristics of the material to forcefully extrude and disperse the bulk material;
◆ Flexible starting method can be applied depending on the characteristics of the material and the requirements of the user;
◆ Different sealing packings or shaft sleeves can be applied depending on the requirements of the user.
