Principle：

◆ This product is the second-generation paddle dryer developed and designed by our company. Different types of structures are available such as disc, semi-disc, and spiral.
◆ The disc paddle dryer is composed of one to four paddle shafts, a main body with a jacket, a base, and a transmission device. The entire drying process of the material is completed in a semi-sealed or sealed environment.
◆ The dryer uses steam, hot water, or thermal oil as the heating medium. The ends of the shaft are equipped with rotary joints for importing and exporting the heating medium. The heating medium enters the system via two channels: the jacket of the main body and the inside of the paddle shaft. As the main body and the paddle shaft are heated, the material is dried through heat conduction. The dried material is moved to the feed inlet by the screw conveyer continuously and quantitively. Once the material enters the feeder, it is flipped and mixed due to the rotation of the paddle, so that the contact surface is renewed constantly. When the material is in contact with the main body and the paddle shaft, the surface moisture contained in the material evaporates through heat conduction and mass transfer. In the meantime, as the paddle shaft rotates, the material is conveyed in the spiral trajectory towards the discharge port. As the mixing continues during the conveyance, the exuded water continues to evaporate. In the end, the dried product is discharged through the discharge port.
