Principle：
◆ Jinling is a professional manufacturer of vibrating hot plate dryer.
This machine is a new type of dryer developed and designed by our company in 2009. After several applications, we have optimized and improved the machine in terms of the strength of the structure, the leakage issue from welding seam, and other issues associated with noise, drying efficiency, retention time, and cleaning.
The material is continuously fed through the feed port quantitatively, and it passes through the stacked, multilayer drying trays with hot plates to fully transfer heat and mass without the use of a scraper. Due to the excitation force, the material makes a circular reciprocating motion. The wet hot air is discharged from the top, and the finished product is discharged from the bottom. This machine has advantages such as large heat transfer area, high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, large adjustment range, long material retention time, and convenient cleaning.
