Principle：
◆The powder material and the binder are mixed in a cylindrical container by the mixing paddle at the bottom until they become wet and soft, and then they are cut by the high-speed pulverizing paddle on the side into uniform wet particles.
Feature：
◆ This machine has a horizontal cylindrical structure with reasonable design; fluidized granulation is applied; the particles are approximately spherical, and they are good flowability;
◆ Compared with the traditional process, this technology saves 25% of the binder, and the granulation time is short in this case; each batch takes 2 minutes for dry mixing, and 1-4 minutes for granulation. The performance efficiency of this technology is 4-5 times higher than that of traditional process.
◆ Dry mixing, wet mixing, and granulation can be completed in the same sealed container; process time is reduced; GMP standards are met; safety protection measures are considered.
