Principle:

This product is the second-generation paddle dryer developed and designed by the company, and it has different forms such as disc, semi-disc and spiral structure.


Performance characteristics:

◆ The equipment has a compact structure and a small footprint. The heat required for drying is mainly provided by the wall of the hollow blade arranged on the hollow shaft, and the heat transfer of the wall of the jacket only accounts for a small part. Therefore, the heat transfer surface of the unit volume equipment is large, which can save the equipment area and reduce the capital investment.


◆High heat utilization rate. The sludge dryer is heated by conduction heating, and all heat transfer surfaces are covered by materials, reducing heat loss; the heat utilization rate can reach more than 85%.


◆The blade has a certain scrubbing ability, which can improve the heat transfer effect of the blade. The dispersion force generated by the combined movement of the inclined surface of the rotating blade and the particle or powder layer makes the sludge attached to the heating inclined surface have a cleaning function. In addition, due to the reverse rotation of the two-axis blades, alternately segmented compression and expansion and stirring functions, the heat transfer is uniform and the heat transfer effect is improved.


◆ It can realize continuous and fully enclosed operation, reducing labor and dust emission.


◆ The exhaust gas treatment system generally adopts two forms of normal pressure or negative pressure. According to different conditions, the exhaust air volume is reduced as much as possible, thereby reducing the cost of exhaust gas treatment. The odor of sludge evaporation can be treated by another deodorizing system and discharged after reaching the standard.
