Lithium hydroxide is a small white monoclinic crystal with a spicy taste and strong alkalinity. It can absorb carbon dioxide and moisture in the air.Lithium hydroxide can be used as a developing agent and lubricating oil for spectral analysis. Used as an analytical reagent, photographic developer, and also used in the manufacture of lithium; it is to be used as a raw material for preparing lithium compounds. It can also be used in metallurgy, petroleum, glass, ceramics and other industries. 

Features:


◆ Continuous operation, high thermal efficiency. The disc continuous dryer uses conduction heat transfer for drying. During the drying process, only a very small amount of (or no) air is passed into the dryer, and its exhaust gas is very small, so its thermal efficiency can reach more than 65%.


◆Low power consumption and low noise. Because the material layer is very thin in the drying process, the spindle speed is low, the power required by the material conveying system is small, and the power consumption is low. The power consumption of the complete drying device is only 1/5~1/7 of the power consumption of the convection heat transfer device. , And the noise is very small.


◆ The material is heated evenly and the drying time is short. During the drying process, the material rolls forward along the Archimedes spiral motion track in the drying plate, and the distance the material travels is 5 times the radius of the drying plate and falls layer by layer, so the material contacts the heating plate surface for the same time, and the heating is very uniform .


◆The dryer system has a low cost: the unit effective volume has a huge heat transfer surface, which shortens the processing time and reduces the equipment size. This greatly reduces the building area and building space.


◆Small environmental pollution: no air is used, and there is little dust material entrainment. The solvent evaporation of the material is small, which is easy to handle. For contaminated materials or working conditions that require solvent recovery, a closed loop can be used.


◆Low operating cost: The equipment operates normally, only 1 hour/day·person. Low speed mixing and reasonable structure. The amount of wear is small and the maintenance cost is very low.


◆ The drying process uses less air, has a low flow rate, and less dust taken away by the gas: Therefore, the gas dust after drying is convenient to recover, and the recovery equipment is simple, which saves equipment investment. For the drying process with solvent recovery, the concentration of solvent in the gas can be increased to reduce the solvent recovery equipment or shorten the process
